Embarassing problem

I don't know if it's weight related, but I get really sweaty when I talk to someone, anyone apart from people I feel comfortable with, I know that's weird lol but my face especially and it shows, I have no confidence whatsoever and I'm hoping this problem is due to being obese.
Anyone have an embarrassing problem they got rid if or hope to with losing weight?
