hopeful new start

I'm doing SW by myself after having twice been to groups. I've lost 10lbs since January and I'm giving myself a bit of a kick to get on track.
I've got a fancy spreadsheet that I've made myself with aims of how much I want to lose.
Hopefully filling out a diary on here will help me consider what I'm eating

Breakfast:eek:n the run ths morning as running late
alpen light bar (1/2 HEXb) babybel light (1/2 hexa)and an apple

lunch: syn free egg fried rice with mushrooms, peas and baby sweetcorn, apple

snacks: mocha from vending machine (not sure how many syns, maybe 3) muesli (hexb)with chopped apple, fat free yoghurt and blueberries

not sure about tea yet

 
tea: SW quiche with salad and quorn ham, mullerlight
I also made brownies from a recipe on here and had two at 1.7 syns each and had half a packet of malteasers about 5 syns

total syns for the day = 11.5
 
Thursday
Breakfast: crunchy bran, fig, strawberries, blueberries, skimmed milk
Lunch: SW quiche, apple
Tea: Spinach and ricotta pasta, eaton mess,(2 mini merenges, 1.5 syns I think, agave necter 1 syn)
Snacks: 3 pieces of Brownie (5 syns)
total syns= 7.5
