How do you do yours?

Was wondering how people use the 321 plan. Im tempted to have a shake in the morning, low cal lunch and then 650 cal meal. Anybody else doing similar?
 
Most days i have a shake for breakfast but if im working nights i have a bowl of porridge at work at about 6-7 o'clock in the morning before i drive home...... not forgetting my several mugs of green tree.

I then have a banana as morning snack.

I have my main meal at lunch time. I usually have some of my 600 calorie allowance left for a yogart for pudding (if not i use some of my 300cal snack allowance for this).

I then have a cerial bar thing or a packet of crisps and a cup of coffee for my afternoon snack.

I then have an ultra slim hot chocolate in the evening for tea.

And most importantly water, water, water!!!!
