Morning peeps I've only had a 1 lb loss this wk !! I've been doing ws but just got 10lb to loose now to lowest I've ever been , since b4 kids !!! Damn these child bearing hips !!
Any way I wanted sum advice shud I try ts ?? Would it shift this last 10lb or stay patient n just be a bit stricter on ws , I do admit that I cheat a little sum days hence the 1lb loss this wk , but I find it easy to stick to n don't struggle with cravings , really want to get down to goal tho !!
 
The main advantage of TS is no hunger! Does that seem right for you? If so go for it?
