Its my 4th weigh in and ive lost 8lb i cant believe it i thought id lose 3 this week at least! ive lost 30lb in 4 weeks! happy happy happy isnt the word!! lol x

after looking at my card ive lost 4 my cdc looked at the week before and took this weeks off that! thought it was alot still happy with 4lb though x
