Hi all i am new to this and it has just took me ages to work out how to post a thread

I am on sw diet and in to my third week now and recieved my 1/2 stone loss award monday :banana dancer: Does any one know how many syns are in dominos pizza? i dont want to have one and find that the syns are really high in them and ruin all the work ive done.

Hi and welcome to MiniMins

Have checked on line for you for the Dominos pizza and they are not listed. The only pizza listed are the Pizza Express one and they are all around 20 syns per half pizza! So very high syn.

If you look in the recipe section I think there's a recipe for making your own, which will be much lower syns. There was also a recipe in one of the recent magazines (can't remember which one) which was lower syns.

Dominos pizza are particularly high in syns - they can be as much as 20 syns a slice!!

Thankyou for looking i couldnt find it either and thought i'd missed it some where along the way whilst searching.

I shall have a look at recipe have done afew now and they have all been really nice
