I've done it several times and first time I lost 11 lbs in 11 days. Not sustainable for me though and I did end up putting it all back on. It does work for a quick fix it's just when you start eating normal again it does tend to go back on.

Sam21- you choose up to 14 different foods from a list and it spits out an 11 day meal plan for you with some strange combinations. it's basically calorie shifting. You may have a meal consisting of prawns and cashews or cottage cheese and green beans or salad and mixed veg etc or a day of all fruit and another day of all veg and you must stop eating before your full. You also have to drink 10 glasses of water a day. They say it tricks your metabolism. I did like the fact that you stop eating before your full.
