Ok, so last week went great. Stayed under my pp every day and didnt even touch my 49 weekly points but so far this week has been a disaster :sigh: I was ill on Friday and most of Saturday with a vomiting bug and so I had only managed to eat a slice of toast but when I started feeling better Saturday evening my appatite came back with a bang and I havent managed to stop eating junk since :d'oh: So I've got my weigh in tomorrow and im praying I'll at least stay the same ! Any one else find it hard to get back into tracking etc after "falling off the wagon"?
