and I am 6lbs down, pleased with that considering I have been doing my own version of Total Solution over the weekend!!! And I also lost 6lb on my first week when I did this diet the first time in January.
I've been sticking to having 2 shakes a day then having a low cal, low carb meal in the evening since Friday, the cals and carbs are approx the same as the shake content,I know that the nutrional values won't meet up to 100% doing this, but the meals do consist of protein and lots of green veg.
Does this sound ok?
