How to syn a hog roast!!!!

Morning,

We're off to a birthday do at the weekend and they are doing a hog roast.

Just wondered how everyone would go about syning the meat, as i'm assuming it will have fat on it???....

I would take a wholemeal pitta with me as a hex B and ask them to cut me a lean chunk, only problem is I love sage and onion stuffing and the crackling so it would be a struggle, hog roast is one of my favourite foods *drool*

Rootsfran - don't do this to me. I LOVE them too and haven't had one in years.
I agree, I couldn't resist the stuffing and crackling either!
 
I go to a lot of music festivals in the summer and there is always a hog roast van there, we cook back at camp but it is very hard, I must admit before it was only money preventing me but now it will be the diet as well!
