Tesco apple/strawberry water

Morning all

I was looking through the waters in tesco yesterday and i found an apple flavour and a strawberry flavour with malic acid and not citric acid. Is this ok to drink? And if so how much is ok?

I don't drink plain water anymore since I found these , then I trawled the other shops too and Sainsburys do 3 still flavours and 1 fizzy!! I drink 2 bottles a day so 3litres and I'm firmly in ketosis, and losing weight. This isn't my first time on the diet and my losses are less but this was the case even before I discovered the water!!

Yep, it's the following flavours:
Peach
Raspberry & Cranberry
Apple & Blackberry
Strawberry & Kiwi (fizzy)

Also the Boots Shapers Strawberry & Kiwi. X

My fave is the fizzy strawb & kiwi, I find the cranberry one a bit perfumy. Happy drinking x
