miserable

:cry:looking at all your great results - i lost 7lbs after 12 days weigh in then i saw 3 lbs come off by about the 14th day and again well into my 3rd week and ive been totally 100% and nothing no movement whatsoever - am now really thinking of doing re-feed end of the week as i think 10lbs for all the effort i've put in is not worth it - any advice greatly appreciated x

My advice would be DONT QUIT. Hang in there and give it a further 2 weeks and see how its been.. you need to see what a loss is in a month and I guarantee that despite having lower weeks on some that it will amount to more than you could ever lose on another diet.. 10lbs already is a big achievement in the grand sceme of things. Thats almost a stone in a couple of weeks! come on and take the credit for already doing so well :)

Low losses tend to lead to a bigger one the following week too - see it myself, as have many others I speak to on here. If you have been 100% then it HAS TO COME OFF somewhere.. have you measured yourself? Some that have small losses have lost 8 INCHES that week.. its not all about the numbers on the scales.. also, DONT self-weigh (I do so i know its hard) as it can get you down.. if you are gonna self weigh then u need to be strong enuf to be able to ignore what you have seen when you are not as pleased..

Hope thats of some help but hang in there hun xxxxxx

ok i'm only on day 8 so my advice will be general rather than specific to lipotrim:
1., you mention weighing on days 12 and 14?? why? shouldnt you only be weighing once a week? or like my old slimming world consultant always said look at the month as a whole picture. you've lost 10 pounds in 2.5 weeks that is great! your stats say you only have 21lbs to lose in total so its going to be slower. the huge weight losses of people like me are not compararable i started at 23st4lb and have 12st4lb to lose my losses will be bigger. take slimming world they say 1.5-2lb a week so on that you'd be what 3-4 pounds down? 3-4 vs 10 i know which i'd rather.
2. Have you done the basic looking after yourself things like getting enough water, rest exercise etc??

i hope you feel better soon.

thanks guys you've made me feel more upbeat - yes clothes do feel comfortable lost the overhang (lol) i'll keep going - all the stories on here keep me motivated xxx

hiya.... im kinda sorta feelin a bit the same some weeks... i lost 2lbs the second week and am now on my fourth week and my weigh in is tomorrow and ive only lost 1lb......... but if i average it out then thats 21lbs over the month which is great.... part of me thinks on the low weeks.. hey i couldve lost this on ww or sw but i know i wouldn't have stuck to it and would've fallen off the wagon and got all annoyed and depressed when i failed (again) and another BIG thing... im shrinking by the day!!! definitely what's not showing on the scales is showing big time in the mirror!!! so hang in.... im thinking all those little losses will add up to my final goal!!!!! stay strong!

Give it a little longer, it really does work. Some weeks are slower than others and there's no explaining what does or doesn't impact on it. For me, I have great weeks and then the week after TOTM my weight loss is shockingly low - its happened twice now!! Most people have that drop in the week leading it, but not me! At least I saw the trend. The first time it was my week 3 WI and that seems to be low for lots of people, but I was watching it for the next time and sure enough really low again. I don't think I retain water, never had bloating or anything like that - in fact bar a few niggly cramps, never have any symptons at all, so this is a real eye-opener for me.

I did this before and I didn't track the trends as closely then, but every so often for no good reason, I'd have this really low weight-loss - looking back I wonder if same thing, but I do remember it being depressing that time!!!!
I know you've put in a massive effort, but look at it a different way, could you have lost that much weight with anything else??
And my final comment. I weigh myself every single day, which is not recommended and I know it, but anyway I do it!!!! But I have noticed that after the first week, most days there is little or no change and then one day there is a 2lb drop (or something like that). But all the days when you've been so good and the scales doesn't move - it is disheartening!! The best advice is to try to wait for the official WI only, but seeing as I don't it, I feel a hypocrite saying it to you!!
If you an stick it, the results do come and they're amazing!!
