Howdy doody everyone!!

Well, ive got two friends coming for lunch on Wednesday
All of us are at Slimming World, on Extra Easy, so Id love to make us something really nice and tasty, so here I am looking for ideas from all you lovely people!!!

An all day Breakfast.

A curry with chicken and loads of superspeed foods and then strawberrys for dessert, Eton Mess with Quark.
