We will be driving down to Devon on 8th of May staying in Woolacombe Holiday Park.

I was never into caravans in my younger years but this time we've hired a whopper (only 2 of us) Im so looking forward to it so is OH he is knackered.

I cant wait to see a lovely beach and eating out all the usual stuff you do on holiday and just spending time together.

Has anyone else got anything they cant wait for?

i love caravans its so traditional and nice. but the parks near me are full of gypsys lol.

Me and my bf r going to gran canaria in may just 6 weeks and im tryin to get down to 10st by then :) only 9.5lb to go xx

Woolacombe is beautiful.

When I went to Devon last year, I ended up in hospital for3 days with severe sunburn! The day after I came out, we went to woolacombe but I felt sooooo ill, all we did was go to a cafe and have a drink.

On the way back to the coach, I called in the post office to get a drink and on a whim bought a scratchcard....which I won £1000 on lol

Well I bet that win made you feel a bit better ha ha!

I love Woolacombe I never want to come home weve been loads of times, but its a fair drive from us near Manchester.

:D

Yep, I've a few things to look forward to:-
  • I'm always looking forward to Christmas I love the build up & it never disapoints.
  • Girly night out, Glee cabaret on 30th May
  • Girly day out, Symphony at the Park, 2nd July
  • My sons graduation on 11th July
  • My cousins wedding on 3rd September
  • Family holiday in Florida 30th November
Life couldn't be better:D

My graduation. It's not til November, I don't even know the date yet, hell, I've not even passed the course yet, but I am so excited. I've already bought a dress :D

I'm looking forward to the two bank holiday weekends! I will be epic-ly lazy :) And I have a holiday in August in the Lake District booked with family - I'm looking forward to having a lovely week... and to being at least a stone lighter than I am now, with any luck :)

Im looking forward to getting to target :) and my holiday to kusadasi with my husband in september and this time feel confident getting into the pool..and renewing my wedding vows in turkey next year and being able to wear a beautiful white dress and feel good in it! :D

I live pretty much just round the corner from woolacombe (I'm in bideford, so 20 miles). North Devon is lovely, strongly recommend Westward Ho! which is one of only 3 places in the world with an exclamation mark in its name (the others are one in canada, one in usa). It also has a naturally made pebble ridge, which is also very rare. Lynton/lynmouth with its mountain railway and pretty harbour are good too :)
Hope you enjoy it.

Selling the house and returning to live in the U.K. not a million miles from Woolacombe, in the next county, Cornwall.

Enjoy your holiday. I love the drive to somewhere almost as much as the holiday.

I'm looking forward to the long weekends later in the month to spend some proper time with OH and the dogs - and of course the royal wedding, I love a bit of british cheesiness!! I'd love a street party but we're on a very steep hill so would need tables with one set of legs about 6ft longer than the other end! Will settle for bunting and a BBQ in the garden instead!!

year 10 and 11 Mock exams being over on Friday. they have been awful. 17 out of 101 students pulled out for being rude.

Thanks Crys
We will try Westward Ho! this time we've been to Bideford too very nice. I just love North Devon we drive all over the place and if I came into money I would be moving quickly.

I am going to Ireby music festival in the Lake district and then Glastonbury festival, looking forward to both so much, can't wait to pack up the van and head off.

Looking forward to my sisters graduation and then spending Christmas in Cyprus with all the family

Looking forward to my brother coming home after a 7 month deployment xxx

Our trip to Ireland at half term. A good friend is getting married to a Norn Iron girl on 2nd June so we're travelling to Dublin where we pick up another friend then onto Enniskillen for 3 days of wedding/parties/sightseeing.

Florida on May 1st for 2 weeks and then erm, Florida again on September 22nd. The past 15 month have been so harrowing - I both deserve and need it!

Loads of cool things everyone is looking forward to! Hope you all have fun :)
Mine are - Jamaica in July to see the boyfs dad who lives there - were going in a group with my fam :)
Tenerife in august to surprise my niece on her 8th birthday
Wedding in Windsor also in august
And finally new York in October :) serious saving required for that one!
And most of all, doing all of the above, being a bit lighter!!!!!
Xxxx
