A few of you will maybe remember i had to stop this plan as i was having toilet troubles. Tried WW but it seems to fuel my binging and having 49 weeklies on top of dailies is a disaster for me. I've lost 6lbs on WW so not a total loss.

Will be restarting in the morning and cutting out certain foods that i think cause the problems.
