I have been on weight watchers since January 2011 - so far I have lost a stone. Recently I went over to slimming world and tried that for 2 weeks but now im back doing WW today. Thought I would start a food diary.
I wasnt really prepared for starting WW this morning hence the poor food diary.
I shall update my tea once I get home.
Breakfast
Strawberry muller rice mini - 2 points
Lunch
A BLT sandwich - 8 points
Dinner
400g Pork loin steak - 5 points
200g New potatoes - 2 points
Gravy granuels 4 x tsp - 2 points
Snacks
Alpen light - Chocolate and fudge - 1 point
Total points - 20 (1 over oops - I blame the BLT sandwich)
