First Day is my Last time!

I've been yo-yo dieting and exercising for over a year now, its been especially bad the past couple months.

I buy all the healthy food and start an exercise schedule and within 3 days I am off the workout schedule and within 5 days I am off my healthy food diet.

I feel like I need to see at least some result, anything to motivate me. I don't expect to loose tons of weight right away.. but I need something to make me feel like I am doing something right!

I just feel hopeless and sore and that its never going to work. :break_diet:

Any advice?
 
I have replied to a your message on another board, but feel perhaps you need to do things one step at a time. Start on the healthy eating, get used to that, then add in the exercise after a week or two. Or the other way round if you would prefer. :)
