I find it amazing for toning.
I attend 30 minute classes 4 times a week.
You need to plan your exercises well, to ensure you get the most out of it. Standing on a plate ain't really tone anything. Things like one leg squads for 1minute, push ups for 1 minute, and plies for 1 minute work a treat. Find between 20 and 25 exercises, and do each for a minute.
If you can walk well after your session - you didn't push yourself enough! Hehe!
No pain no gain. I hobble about constantly, and the results are fab!
