Hiya all.

Ok so ive downloaded this free app and i had to share as its amazing~ if u like torture that is.

Ive been doing it for 3 as and my upper abs are already rock solid!!!

Just thought id share in case anyone is looking for something to tone their abs xx

Its just ab workout. Its the next free one and gives different ab workouts. Sonera r really hard tho like the plank Haha c

Will mention this to my other half, he has just recently started using the jogging app that uses gps and was impressed with that.

I use the one also that tracks and works out how many cal miles etc u walk or run. Its brilliant x
