Ainsley Harriott cous cous?

Hey everyone :)
Read (much to my delight) in the new sw mag that the sundried tomato and garlic variety and the aromatic thai variety are low in syns, but does anyone know the syn values for the other varieties? In the supermarket i've bought the moroccan medley, the lemon, mint and parsley and the chilli varieities, so if anyone knows the value for these it'd be great! Living on a student diet makes the current '4 for 2 pounds' at asda rather tempting!
Thanks :) I can post the nutritional info if needed :)
Xx

Thanks Circes, but I have checked that thread and others too;the chilli and the lemon, mint and parsley ones aren't listed xx
