Had my weigh in Friday really looking forward to it as it's week 8 exercised 3 times this week ( workout DVD Tuesday, zumba class Wednesday and another workout DVD Thursday )
And I have eaten really well and only used 10 of my weekly 49 propoint.

Got on the scales and was so disappointed to hear I had only lost 1/2 lb

I'm so upset and I worked so hard this week, it's so disheartening x
 
Ah don't be dis heartened it's still a loss and I bet next wk you will have a big one. I know it's gutting but keep positive xx
