Hey people!!

Quick question, I am so fed up with FF muller light yogs..I really don't like yoghurts with fruit bits in them.

Can anyone let me know if there is a free or low syn yoghurt that is smooth?

Thanks for any help,

:)

Also you could consider using syns if like me you get sick of Muller Lights. The majority of 'healthy-looking' yoghurts I've looked up have been about quite low in syns. Obviously things like Muller corners or those 'Taste The Difference' ones that have double cream in(!) are much, much worse, haha....

Nestle Munch Bunch fromage frais (I know they're mini and for kids - don't laugh!) feel like a yummy, rich treat at only 1.5 syns.

I love the Danone Activia ones with a layer of prune at the bottom. They're 3 syns but for me that's definitely worth it. They don't have artificial sweetner in and are thick and creamy, so feel like a nice treat for pudding.
