Hi
does anyone know syn values for prawn mayo sandwich and egg and cress shapers from boots?
Left my books at home and im away with work!!

The egg and cress is 14 and a half and I couldn't find the prawn one, however the crayfish and rocket salad is only 1 on all plans

any ready made sandwiches do not qualify for a free food allowance. So as Circes pointed out, you just need to look at calories and it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories.

I'm pretty sure that if you choose a sandwich with brown bread then you could use that as your Hex B and cut the syns back by 6.
