Points for my husband

Hi guys. New here but gave been doing ww for 6 weeks now and lost 16lb which I'm well happy with. Anyway, my hubby now wants to play too but we can't afford the extra money for him so was wondering if anyone knew how to work out his points? He is 5' 8.5" and weight 14st 3lb.
