Antibiotics and VLCD

Is it safe to carry on with a vlcd when taking antibiotics? I've to take them for 5 days because an xray showed I have something developing on my right lung. The doctor didn't actually say what it was so I'm just hoping its something mild like the start of an infection.

I'm currently having 3 packs a day and a meal around 6pm.

Would it be okay to carry on? On Sunday I'm moving down to 2 packs and adding 2 meals, and I have to take the tablets until Tuesday!?

I've been on antibiotics this week, and have stayed with either ts days or ws days and it all seems to be OK. Best to check with your doctor or pharmacist though, for you specifically.
