scan bran-tell me about it

is it just a type of crispbread? i definitely can't get that brand over here but can get crispbreads from lidl, can i use them?

Scan Bran are a particular type of crispbreads that have a stupidly high fibre content, not many other crispbreads can come close to it I'm afraid and some have different syn values. Can you not order it online from somewhere?
