I was hoping someone could help me out with this. I am on the 1000cals stage of CD and i have just started to ease my way back into exercise by skipping.
I am aware that at 1000cals i could slip in and out of ketosis and thats fine but i was just wondering if doing lots of exercise would keep me in ketosis more?? I am planning on going to the gym next week and although i am starting off slow i do like to push myself. But i was just wondering if doing alot of exercise would make me stay more in ketosis?? I dont really want to be losing 3-4lbs a week now because i am near goal weight and want to take it steady. I also have ramadam next month so i know i will proababaly lose a few pounds then because of not being able to eat properly.
Anyway, i hope that wasn't too confusing. I would appreciate any advice because i am eager to start exercising more.
