Hi there People,
I have been on LLT since the 28th Oct and have never come off plan, In total i have lost 6stone1.5. I still have 2 stone 1 to go. This week i have been feeling really weak and dizzy. I have spoken to my councillor about this and she is advising me to swap to LLL as of tomorrow.
I feel really uneasy about this as i'm convinced it will slow down my weight loss and with me being so close to RTM i feel as though i will be letting myself down?
Can you guys tell me what kind of food you are allowed for your "meal" and also roughly what sort of weight loss i would expect on it? The LLT states 1 stone a month but what about LLL?
