Weightwatchers tools

my electric weighing scales,,my calculator oh and my non stick frying pan:)

Really want the scales but cant afford them right now :(

e-source for me has been pretty useful so far. with all the rounding up or down its been a god send at times.

I would say my kitchen scales (not WW), and the app on the iPhone! :D

because i love a good cup of tea first thing in the morning, and as im trying to cut out all processed foods liqid sugar is a lifeline, comes from a particular mexican plant as apposed to the artificial sweetner stuff that im sure was the cause of a lot of my migranes in the past

ohhh interesting! Does it have similar calorie content to actual sugar? x

I would have to say my paper tracker, I keep them for the weeks I lose weight only! Other than that I'd say my kitchen!! When I'm at home I can control so much easier, I find eating out very challenging...! And I have an ordinary scales, not a WW one!

here is the nv

protein 0
carbs 77.73
fat 0
fibre 0

thats for 100g an average tsp is 4.6g

so the first teaspon is free but 2tsp is 1pp

aw cheers TJ sounds interesting :)

I get migraines a lot, so I might give it a try... not sure I could stick to 1 teaspoon though lolol :D

I agree about the trackers too!! I have a day to page diary which I write everything in... no excuses :p

my calculator def it goes everywhere with me . I work out the pp in anything b4 i buy i am sure the people in asda or tesco wonder what i am doing , my leader calls me her secret shopper and if someone want to know the pp in something in group and she dosent know she just says "ask andrea" (so embarrising lol:D)

That's great!! I haven't had the courage to bring my calculator shopping yet.... Gotta get over being so self conscious!!

I find the calculator a bit fiddly so it would take me ages to work out anything haha XD

I just use the estimation rule of 40kcal per point which is usually in and around the right amount (+/- 1pp) then i work it out properly at home.

Too many times I've thought... oh thats a nice looking curry or whatever, come home and pointed it at like 14pp and been horrified!

Thats one of the reasons i love the iphone app coz it just looks like im stood in the shop texting

You know what! I actually got myself an iPhone this wk for that very and only reason lol had my blackberry which I loved only had it since Christmas hubby bought it for me thank goodness it was payg lol have given it to my son and now love my iPhone already only had it since Saturday first 2 apps I downloaded was minimims & weightwatchers lol

The iPhone app! Honestly think it's the reason ww is working so well for me this time as I always track and am able to assess the damage before I eat something :)

Oooh thanks for all the useful tips guys :) I've just started WW today so still getting my bearings & trying to understand everything!

I must say the app at the moment for me is amazing! There's so much to take in & a lot of reading needs to be done but seeing as I'm always on my phone anyway the app I've found to be great! Really quick, easy & well set out!

I thought it would be handy for people to share their ideas.. simple ideas one doesn't think about.. especially for newer people because i remember how overloaded i felt when I first started my ww journey! x
