Fromage frais & Natural yoghurt *UD from Exante!*

How much fromage frais or natural yoghurt can you have when you're adding a meal? I can only find the amount for semi skimmed milk which is half a pint.

Well I emailed Exante this morning and this is the reply I got;

"We no longer use the booklet. The leaflets we send out with the products simplify the food options by allowing clients to make their own healthy food choices during the food week break or while following a food combination programme.

There is no need for you to have milk or dairy products if you are intolerant to them. If you are aiming to remain in ketosis then we would suggest that you choose foods that are low carbohydrate and high protein.

One of the benefits for clients making their own choices is that when the target weight has been reached clients would have been managing conventional food and been used to counting calories and this is the basis for maintaining weight."

What a load of tosh my last 2 boxes have had no leaflets!!! Excuse my rant :)
 
I didn't get anything in my last boxes either!!! Tut.
