Green, Extra Easy, Original, which is best?

My consultant did a refresher night on EE and I dont think that I follow the plan 100% I was maybe gonna try a few green days. Ive never done any before and am a wee bit wary. Which plan do you all think is the best?
 
Sorry but there is no answer to your question. There is no best plan because if there was SW would only have one plan! The best plan is the one that is best for your lifestyle and the foods that you enjoy eating. For one person that may be the red plan and for others the green or EE. There is only way to find out what is best for you and that is to try them all!
 
I'd say try them all. Alot of people find that one will suit them more than the other 2. I loved green but didn't lose very fast. I also loved red and lost very well on it but was very constipated (sorry).
I find that EE suits me best and my losses while not spectacular (tho that's probably due to the wine!) even out at 1lb a week.
 
I was confusing my superfree and I don't think I'd eat enough superfree to do ee properly. But I'm not really sure of the other plans because I've never tried them. If you do a green day does that mean that you syn meat? I'm losing 1-2 a week with extra easy and was happy with that til the consultant said tonight that doing ee right means 4-5 a week

On a green day you can have meat as a HEB or you can syn it. If you don't eat loads of meat normally it's a good plan to follow.

There is no best plan, just the best plan for you and your life. I don't agree with your C. SW recommend 1-2lb per week loss (which you're doing so well done!) If extra easy was such a miracle plan we'd all be doing it and losing 4-5lb a week and they would stop having red and green plans.

1-2lb per week is excellent and adds up to 52-104lb per year. Dont let your C make you feel bad about what you've achieved.

Seriously she said that! That is a ridiculous statement, completely unrealistic and goes against everything that SW says about possible losses :eek:

And shame on her for making you feel a 1-2lb loss a week is not good enough :mad:
 
It is impossible for anyone to say which plan is best, as that depends completely on you. The only way to find out which plan is 'best' is to try them all out, and see which works best for you. Good luck! x
