i seriously swear i am up 2 no good !
help am going to one on sat and would like know what would be the best to take. lost 3.5 this week and would love to have 1.5 off next ;)
 
Noodles are best - chow mein is I think 9pp for a portion. Or maybe say something with chicken and some noodles? I'd avoid anything with red meat (high in pp) and definately avoid rice!
