Could anyone recommend a HOT curry I can order from the indian with the lowest syn value. And also would the rice be free?

indian takeaways tend to differ in cooking techniques. I would suggest flexi-synning the takeaway. Boiled/White rice is free on a green day not sure about red or EE. Enjoy the Curry and make up for it during the week!
