Good luck with your time on TFR. It is good to be thinking ahead as to how you will maintain.
This depends on how you got to your current weight. If it is just a recent gain and you usually are slim enough then maintenance will not be too difficult. Watch portion sizes, eat less processed foods and increase your exercise.
If you have always had weight issues, like me, then maintenance will require a bit mire effort. I have followed a GL plan since finishing TFR. I am on it now for a year. I lost another 29 pounds on it and find it easy enough to maintain within a ten pound range. I never feel like I'm on a diet. I avoid processed foods, limit bread potato pasta and rice. Exercise for me us a forty minute walk every other day. Fingers crossed, this will continue to keep me on track.
You may need to try a couple if plans till you find one that suits. Don't chop and change too quickly. I'd give each one a good four weeks before giving up on it. No matter what plan you follow, portion sizes must be very very carefully monitored.
