Food Diary

I am going SW so far I have lost 7lbs. I write my food diary on paper but thought might help to post it on here to maybe get some ideas and tips I am going wrong/right!

I mainly do green days as find I can fill up more easily on the free green foods than red, but I do tend to do at least one red day a week.

Breakfast

Readybrek (HEB)
Skimmed Milk (HEA)

Lunch

SW Leek and Potato soup
2 Rye Ryvita (1/2 HEB)
Apple
Satsuma
Cherry Muller Light

Dinner

Quorn Chicken in breadcrumbs (4 syns i think)
Katsu Sauce - carrot, onion, garlic, bay leaf, curry powder, soy sauce, honey (1 syn), 2 tablespoon flour (7 syns?)
Thai Rice

Muller light and frozen berries
