Hello everone, just realised that there is a place here for food diarys, think I originally posted in the wrong place by putting my food loss diary in the weight loss diary forum. Still getting used to minimins, there's so much going on!
This is my second attempt at SW and I WILL do it this time, i'm hoping writing down my diary on here will shame me into staying with it!

Anyway here is yesterdays food diary...

b - FF yog and pear
am snack - grapes
l - Prawn salad with lettuce, carrots, celery, cucumber, cherry toms, spring onion and radish. Slice of cold fittata omlette thing made from eggs, ff cottage cheese, mange tout, babycorn and onions.
t - Pork and prawn 'fried' rice with king prawns, pork, peppers, mushrooms, ionion, chilli, garlic, carrots, mange tout and babycorn. Tbsp sweet chilli sauce (1.5 syns)

HEa - Milk for brews
HEb - Fibre plus

Syns - Sugar for brews (1.5) Sweet chilli sauce (1.5) Total = 3


And todays....

b - Defrosted fruit (peach, pineapple, mango, strawbs) with ff yoghurt
am snack - Apple didn't eat
l - Ham salad with same veggies as yesterday with beetroot and pickled onions. Slice of frittata/omlette thing.
pm snack - Pear
t - Spicy mackerel with roasted veg cous cous and salad - Didn't eat salad but figured I had lots of sfree in couscous

HEa - Not sure but will use for warm milk before bed if nothing else (didn't have this either so no HEa yesterday :booboo:
HEb - Fibre plus

Syns -
today = 1.5 (sugar), 2 x aplenlight bars 6 syns, 1 jelly baby 1 syn 8.5/15
weekly total = 11.5/ 105

Wednesday EE

b - FF yoghurt and frozen fruit - mango, pineapple, strawberry and peach

l - Ham salad, lettuce, cucumber, celery, cherry toms, carrot, spring onion, radish, leftover roasted veg cous cous (red onion, mushroom, pepper, toms and courgette)2 yellow plums

pm snack - Pear

t - Gammon, Pot Wedges (1 syn for 1/2 tsp oil), Grilled mushrooms with 28g HEa cheddar, and grilled toms may chuck some lettuce on too.

HEa - Cheese for mushrooms
HEb - Fibre bar

Syns
today = 1.5 for sugar, 1 syn for oil. 1 tsp tom ketchup 0.5 syn. Alpen Light 3 syn 6/15
weekly total = 17.5/105

Seems to be going well so far, managed to resist the whole bag of jelly babies my OH was chomping on last night. Just need to make sure I stick to one cereal bar today or it has rather unpleasent windy side-effects :eek: sorry tmi!

b - Vanilla mullerlight & strawbs
l - quorn roast style sliced fillets (never had quorn before so hoping it's not :sign0137:) with rocket, beetroot and radishes. 2 yellow plums.
pm snack - pear
t - Chilli con carne (homemade xxlean mince, peppers, mushrooms, onions, celery, carrots, garlic, chilli, tinned toms, kidney beans, spices) steamed rice. Fake sour cream and chive sauce- free!!! 28g cheaddar for HEa

HEa - Cheese for chilli
HEb - Fibre bar

Syns -
today - 1.5 for sugar in brews = 1.5/15 so far
Weekly total = 19/105 so far

I'm trying to use as few syns as possible this week as we are going out with friends at weekend so want to save some for boozing :D
