Step away from those scales!
I know it's hard not to get on them during the week but don't fret, when your WI comes I'm sure you have lost weight! The first week I only lost 1.4kg (3lbs) on my scales and when I was at the pharmacist I lost a whopping 10bls

i was the exact same.... week 2 and on day 5 still no move on the scales... eventually lost 2lbs and was a bit fed up with that... but am startin to see a real difference in my clothes so gonna focus on that.... try and stay away from the scales the weight will come off... it has to!!!!!
