Quick breakfasts

Hello there,

I'm a newbie here just just wanted to start with a bit of a problem I face on a busy morning! I did SW last year and managed great but was on maternity leave then and could potter on making yummy brekkies. Now but back on now to lose that final stone....I was wondering if anyone can recommend really quick breakfasts that I can just grab on a morning within the 5mins I have spare whilst getting myself and 2kids ready for work/nursery. I know the obvious is toast but find the 400g slices not too filling and I'm starving again about an hr later!

Any help would be great,
Cheers!

Magic porridge? HEB of oats, mixed with any flavour muller night before and left in the fridge, and some frozen berries (can get Sainsbury's Basics range for £1 a bag) pull it out in the morning and its ready to eat after a quick stir. Leaves you the HEA free for reast of day too?

SW Quiche made and kept on the fridge to grab and eat on the go?

Eggs? Take seconds to crack in a bowl, with seasoning and fire into the microwave?

Cereal? It's a wee bit more effort but weighed the night before so all you have to do is pour milk on? I'd recommend a 42grammer though like all bran or something with a banana on top?

In fact All bran /bran flakes, with a sliced banana and a toffee muller poured over/mixed through is a nice breakfast and filling.

Gran and go- 2 weetabix, 6 ryvitas, a shredded wheat and a ryvita with maybe quark/cottage cheese?
