Does anyone know the syn value for Mango lassi? I've done an search and looked on SW online but can't find anything about it.

Its not from a bottle but the resturant one so i can't get any nutirional info on it? So i was wondering if anyone knew?

Would be greatful for any help - Thanks

Hi I know you have tried SW for the N info but have you tried googling it?otherwise I'm not sure how you find out. Good luck

Hi, just googled mango lassi syns and this came up. Did anyone manage to get the answer?

well - it will be made of mango puréed with youghurt ( if restaurant guessing full fat) plus sugar to taste so maybe a couple of tablespoons full depending on how sweet the mango was. Roughly i think - eeek! will cover it! sorry porbably not much help but maybe you can guesstimate depending on size of glass.

Lol yup eek. Thanks. I made it at home. Tried a lower fat version using semi skimmed milk and mango pulp so more of a runny milkshake really

Nope. Fruit that has been mashed, blended, blitzed, pulped, cooked or messed with in any way has to be Synned.
