I really struggle eating breakfast in the morning but have been managed to eat a piece of toast recently so thought I'd try moving to bigger and better things - cereal!
Are there any 'supermarket own' cereals that I can have as a hex b? Being a bit skint I don't really want to buy kellogs or other brands :sigh:

Thanks!

If you have a SW online account look on there. Go on My Weight Loss tools and Latest Healthy Extra's. Then choose cereals. Click on the drop down list and it shows them all.

You can use the supermarket own brand version of any cereal on the HEB list. Don't forget that there are loads of other things you can use as a HEB not just bread and cereal.

I find cereal bars are great if there is ever a morning when i don't have time for breakfast and my mum swears by them and she is not a breakfast person :D
You can have the following as a healthy extra B....
*2x alpen light bars
*1x fibre plus bar
*1x weetabix oaty bar (the white chocolate ones are devine!)
*2x aldi less than 70 cal cereal bar

Im sure there are probably other varietys of cereal bars you can have but hope this helps with your breakfast journey :)
