heyy! im new to weight watchers.. well ive done one week!
and i know this will sound like a bad excuse but i havent really learnt how to cook meals properly, as my parents do most of the coooking since im only 18.. but i have a food plan ready for the next week and every night for dinner im having a ww ready meal with salad or 100g of homemade oven chips.. will these ready meals be bad for me?
i had about 5 last week and still managed to lose 5lbs!
