Re-introducing shakes

Hey! Well after almost 3 weeks on slimming world ive lost around 5lbs. So its 5lbs off and i should be happy but im jst not. Im struggling to stick to the diet. Ive came to the conclusion that my problem is not with losing out on food, its with cuttin out the junk, so im going to slowly reintroduce exante back into my diet. I'll keep getting weighed with SW for now to keep me on track and i plan to have 2 shakes a day, a low carb meal at dinner and some fruit. Im not worried about ketosis at all cos it doesnt help me in any way, just getting this weight off. I get weighed tomorrow night so will be starting this new plan on Wed! xx
 
Hi babystar, welcome back. well done on your 5lbs :) I lost 2 stone with slimming world, but then went off the rails with little cheats getting bigger and bigger and then piled it all back on plus an extra 10lbs! Im not in ketosis, im using exante to help me stick to a low cal diet, good luck with your new plan x
 
Thanks hun! Yep i know i i stick to SW i can do it, but its the time frame....i had a STS on my second week after a great week on plan. I want everything ysterday tho lol! xx

Nice to see you back, and glad you're still on your weightloss journey. It sounds like you've come up with a plan that could work for you, hope your next weigh-in is good, it's so demoralising when you get sts.

Hey Clair! Its been going fine! I'm keeping my exante journey strictly on these boards cos sick of the negative comments about it on facebook (and too many nosy people on there lol)....so its good to be back. I stick to red days on SW lately so im gonna stick with the concept of this, proteins, veggies, and fruit....along with 2 shakes. Dont want to completely abandon SW cos im sure i'll go back to it properly in time, but i need a weighloss boost....its getting me down lol! Argh! We will get there hun....xxx
 
Thanks Rachel! Suppose iv made this decision cos according to my scales ive only lost half a pound so far this week too, and its just rubbish when ur sticking so well to it. I need a wee boost! Glad ur all well xx
