wk 2 starts today woo :-D

So guys I managed it through the 1st week and..... I managed to lose 8lbs (woo hoo).. All in all a good week really! (And that was with drinking bacardi and sugar free 7up on fri :-O) but I can't help thinking if I hadn't have done that, could I have lost more!! Also iv realised there are things I really need to concentrate more on, I think I have the no carbs down (and to be honest dnt really miss them) but I really need to get other areas sorted.

So my targets for the week are:

*stick to induction food and drink only
*no alcohol
*weigh foods
*drink more water (iv been very bad on this, iv prob only drank 1ltr for the wk)
*write everything down
*exercise
 
oh me too need to do exactly like u
i feel so bloated again today so means not enough water
come we can do it
defo need get exercising me too
now eve brighter no excuses
 
I no, I keep telling myself I'll join the gym but never do! Gona give running a try. Like you said "lighter nights - no excuse)
 
dont mention gym to me i joined several times never went
so now just need get my arse out walking thats all thats to it
