Garlic stuffed Mussels

I have always loved garlic stuffed mussels so adapted them for SW. Use the cooked mussel meat from Tesco/Asda.Costs around a £1. Usually next to crab sticks,
Fill a ramikan with the mussels and make breadcrumbs with one slice of brown nimble add chopped garlic to the crumbs depending on personal taste. Put the mixture on the top of mussels and spray with frylite. Put in the oven until heated through and then crisp the top using the grill if needed. Makes a lovely starter or just a nice savory snack.
