What excercise have you done today?

Today I have done 80 minutes (25 miles) on the exercise bike and also 30 minutes of cleaning my legs are started to seize now :D
 
Today was my day off, but this week I have been running...

Tuesday 9kms
Wednesday 10kms
Thursday Day off
Friday 5kms
Saturday 9kms

Start again tomorrow with a 15kms route planned. I try to run for two days and then have a day off to let my legs recover.

Today I didn't make any exercise, but tomorrow I will;)

Love the idea of this thread. It nice to have a place to log our daily exercise.

Hello girls, today's exercise was better than usual (most days I just walk:p):

- 30 min. run
- 15 min. exercises at home (abs, legs, ...)
 
Didn't manage any running for a couple of days as my trainers decided to eat my ankles on Saturday - so I spent the morning walking instead, still hurt a bit but managed about 8 miles.

New trainers on Thursday and then the running can continue.
 
8 miles is great;)

I went on my bike 40 mins this morning and 41 mins tonight. :)

I wish I could go to a gym! Childcare problems prevent me.

Hey I was wondering what speed you did this at? You've inspired me to aim for 25 miles now!
 
body attack, body combat, 100 cals burned on bike machine, 30 mins powerplate, 100 weighted waist dips, 100 waist twists.
