hi guys am back after a really tough few days with my totm, after being 5 days late it finally arrived, had a couple of days off the exante wagon but im ready to get back on with my 1st goal date the 8th april (my bday) to be 10st 7lb thats 6lb to lose in 12 days, i know i can to it, am going to consentrate on ts for the next few days see how i do.
after that maybe a mixture of ts and ws

i can do this even smash my 1st target
