Day One I plan to eat....

Hello
Day 1 on EE starts tomorrow - this is what I have planned - if anyone can correct/amend/suggest etc. please do

Breakfast
----------
1/2 Grapefruit
Bacon
Scrambled Eggs
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Potatoes
All cooked in Fry light
1 slice of wholemeal bread (3 syns)

Lunch
------
Ham & Cheese Toastie with salad
(2 slices wholemeal from 400g loaf = HEXB
+28g cheddar cheese = HEXA)
Apple/Banana

Dinner
-------
Cold Turkey (left overs from Sunday Roast)
Baked Beans
Mash (1 syn for clover light + 1/2 syn for semi skimmed milk)

Fruit Salad.

I think I have used my superfree (although maybe lacking on dinner, but thought the fruit salad would make up for it?), and not many syns used. Need to get a grip with these syns.

looks good apart from lack of syns and very lacking on the 1/3 at dinner as beans aren't superfree, how about pickled onions, beetroot etc? it is intended you eat the 1/3 with the meal rather than as dessert as it makes sure you aren't over doing your carb and protein portions and you may not still be hungry then so would just be eating it for the sake of it
 
I often add some sauteed (in frylight) to mushrooms. :D
 
I make "exciting beans". I frylight mushrooms, courgettes, peppers and onions with cajun spices and then add the baked beans to it. It makes them much more moreish, lol, plus adds secret superfree!
 
Or try adding cabbage and spring onions to your mash, with a dollop of fat free natural yoghurt and you've got colcannon, still be lovely with the beans etc
