Well friday daytime was good.... and then came dinner: Egg fried rice, chicken in yellow bean sauce with cashew nuts, 6 spring rolls and some prawn crackers from the chinese!!
OK i thought only one meal, tomorrow will be better... Oh no not to be, again daytime was good, had lunch before I went to do a bridal shoot so I wouldnt be tempted by the cakes and thorntons chocolates etc, had 1 choc and lots of melon, git home to find hubby and friends watching football, we decided we'd go to our local Harvester- excellent no problems there....
1 1/2 hour wait for a table! not good so we went for a curry, had mixed kebab started, 2 poppadums and chutneys, 1 plain naan, sag aloo, 1/2 pilau rice, 1/2 chicken tikka bhuna, 1/2 chicken tikka dhansak!!!

No chance of getting any of that back by tues!!!!

Oh well line drawn and onwards and upwards, altho kicks up my rather large backside would be very much appreciated

Hey, didn't want to just read and run and so just thought I'd say well done on drawing the line and don't beat yourself up about it because you went out with good intentions and it was only the table issue that made the problem.

Have a really good day tomorrow, lots of speed and free food and hopefully youll combat part of it.

This is not falling off the wagon spectacularly! Its just you made a few bad food choices over the weekend. Well done for drawing a line and good luck for the rest week hun

it is for me! I dont particularly eat unhealthily when im not on sw just an extra choccie bar here, bacon rind there that sort of thing, I never ever have 2 bad meals in one weekend!!!
at least i'll know where my gains come from!!

I did the same today. I had a lovely big slimming world breakfast then hours passed and I got home and was ravenous and tucked into a bowl of leftover cream cheese frosting and a massive chunk of carrot cake. Then to do further damage I ate a piece of bread with peanut butter. Fail. Back on now though. Steak and salad for dinner with new potatoes. Keep your chin up!

Its over, its done, hopefully you enjoyed it thoroughly and now you are moving on - hope the scales are kind xxx

Hi Peachy7, thats sounds like what I was like for a few weeks ago. Sometimes you need a blow out to get you back on track. Well done on drawing a line under it and moving on as that is the hardest part.

Good luck with the rest of your journey x

Don't worry, its got to happen sometime and the main thing is that you have accepted it has happened and are ready to move on. I have done this so many times and let a bad day or a bad couple of meals into a huge gain as I give up for the whole week and can't seem to stop beating myself up and just get over it.
It may not be as bad as you think when you get weighed and as you say, if there is any gain at least you know where it has come from.
Good luck for WI! x
