I really REALLY need to lose this weight. I've been faffing about since xmas, starting a different diet every week instead of sticking to SW. I'm a slow loser and have to accept that!!!!! I'm doing this from home at present but may return to class if I get my head in gear!!!

Maybe a focused food diary will help! I'd really like to lose half a stone by 26th April as I'm going on hols to Lanzarote for a week. Mind u my last escapade with SW saw me losing only 6lbs in 6 weeks but I wasn't doing any exercise at that time so I'm trying to do even a half hour walk most days and Zumba on a Tuesday night. So here's hoping........

I'm going to mix up the plans as much as I can to see if it helps

Today EXTRA EASY

Breakfast - 57gms wholemeal bread (hexb), beans, 3 bacon medallions, apple


Lunch - chicken breast marinated in garlic (2syns), salad, shape yoghurt, 28gms cheddar (hexa)

Dinner - chicken leg, stirfried with onion, pepper and mushroom, sugar snap peas fajita seasoning, (2.5syns), wholegrain rice, some celeriac chips, frozen berries with ff fromage frais. 8 olives (1 syn)
3 cups of coffee with skimmed milk (2syns)
Curlywurly - 6syns
Banana, grapes

Total Syns - 13.5


Half hour brisk walk

Hiya hun! Lunch and dinner plans sound yum! Was the apple at breakfast big enough to count as 1/3 SF? xxx
 
Probably not, lol!! Had planned to have mushrooms and tomato but my hubby evidently scoffed them!!!!! Shouldn't do too much harm, I'm hoping!!
 
Not sure, really. Think opinion is divided but I'd say as long as you do it most of the time it should be ok?
 
Sunday - EXTRA EASY

Breakfast - 57gms wholemeal toast (hexb), beans, bacon, egg, grilled tomato and mushrooms (so love my weekend 'fry-ups'!!!)

Lunch- 2 pagen krisprolls (4 Syns), mackerel in tomato sauce, salad, mullerlite

Dinner- garlic chicken (2 Syns), roast potatoes (2), broccoli, sugar snaps, baby corn, berries with ff fromage frais and a dollop of total Greek yoghurt (2 Syns- full fat version = Divine ;-)

Hovis digestive- 2 Syns
Couple of bites of Daim bar (3 Syns)
Banana

300mls The One milk (hexa)

Total Syns - 15 (not too bad for the weekend, it's usually about a million, ;-) )

45 minute cycle in the country (lovely!)

I love that I can eat it without feeling guilty. Not really into cereal so it's a nice change.
 
Monday - GREEN DAY

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (hexB), Alpro soya light (4 syns), banana,

Lunch - Baked potato, baked beans, salad, shape yoghurt

snack - Tesco fat free greek style yoghurt, kiwi

Dinner - Wholemeal pasta, 85gms bacon (hexB), onions, mushrooms, peppers, 5 Laughing cow light (HexA), mixed berries, ff fromage frais, dollop Total greek yoghurt (3 syns :heartpump:) Splenda

300mls the One milk (HexA)

Total Syns - 7

No exercise today

Tuesday - EXTRA EASY

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (hexB), banana, alpro light soya milk (hexA)

Lunch - baked spud, beans, salad, mullerlite yoghurt

Snack - apple, slice of ham

Dinner - stew (potatoes, meat, carrots, onions with stock) red sauce (1 syn), mixed berries, dollop of full fat Total Greek yoghurt (3 Syns) with total ff Greek yoghurt

150 mls skimmed milk (3 Syns)
Toffee Oatybar (4 Syns)
Cheese (2)

Total Syns- 13

Wednesday - EXTRA EASY

Breakfast - Bacon, beans, egg, tomato, mushrooms, wholemeal toast (hexb)

Snack - banana

Lunch - no lunch (wasn't hungry)

Dinner - creamy chicken bake using extra light Philly (hexA), chicken stock, tomatoes, leek, mushrooms, onions, garlic, wholegrain rice . Apple, clementines

Skimmed milk for tea/coffee (3 Syns)

Feeling rather depressed today. Scales showing I have gained a pound despite sticking to plan. Feeling quite bloated though so hoping it's water retention

Snack - slice of cheese (6), oatybar toffee (4)

Exercise - 40 minutes on treadmill, brisk walk

Thursday was a wipe out :-( Was at a retirement function so too much of everything!!!

Friday - Red Day (might turn into extra easy though!! ;-)

Breakfast - bacon butty with red sauce (hexB plus 3 Syns for extra bread and 1 syn for ketchup )
Snack - beetroot, ham

Lunch - syn free tomato and basil soup, Shape yoghurt, clementines
