ProPoints Food diary - 32pp

Hi all, I didn't know I could make a food diary so I will write down what Ive had this week :)

I don't write down drinks unless it's a fizzy drink. I usually drink about 1.5 litres of fluid a day all 0pp.

Monday:

B: Porrige oats with water ( yuk!) - 4

D: Homemade low fat chicken curry - 5
Rice - 6
Asda Mini Naan - 5

Snacks - WW yoghurt - 1
WW Choc brownie x2 - 4
Blueberries - 0
Apple - 0
Banana - 0

E: walking 2.8 miles = 3p

Total: 25 + 3 ex p earned.


Tuesday:

B: Porridge and milk -7

L: WW bread (1 slice= 1pp)
Heinz snap pot beans - 4
WW yoghurt - 1

D: Co-op White roll - 4
Mcains oven chips - 3
Peas - 2 pp ( had double portion)
Birdseye chargrilled chicken breast - 4
Low fat Mayo - 1

S: blueberries - 0
Banana- 0
WW hot choc - 1
WW choc bar - 2
Pepsi max - 0

E: walking - 5 miles = 4 p earned

Total : 30 pp eaten

Wednesday:

B: porridge and milk - 7

L: sardines on WW bread - 5
WW yoghurt - 1
Apple - 0

D: roast chicken breast - 7 ( larger size)
Baby new potatoes - 4
Green beans -0
Peas - 1
Gravy - 1
Yorkshire pud x 1 - 1

S: ryvita cracker - 1
Peanut butter - 2
Banana - 0
Tangerine - 0
Mini milky stars x2 - 4
Blueberries - 0
WW hot choc - 1
WW yoghurt - 1

Total: 32 + 4 weeklies used = 36

Thursday:

B: porridge and milk : 7

L: hovis seeded batch bread x 1 - 3
Heinz snap pot beans - 4

D: extra lean beef mince - 7
Low fat Dolmio sauce - 2
Baked red pepper - 0
Pasta - 6
Mushrooms - 6

S: apple- 0
Sprite zero - 0
X3 WW brownies - 6!!! :-O
X4 mini maltesers @ 3 pp each - 12!!!!

Exercise: 5.2 miles- 4 p earned

Total : 51!! 32 pp eaten + 19 weeklies :-((

Don't know why but had a binge last night :-(( might be because I didn't have much fruit throughout the day as I was really busy.

Oh well, new day, fresh start!! Still within my weeklies so not a total wash lol!
